To start a fire you must have oxygen, heat and inflammble fuel. Most of the
fires begin because of smoking in bed. In Norway all electrical equipment have
to be marked with the CE mark. To put out a fire you must have: water ore take
away the inflammablefuel or distroy the oxygen.
